Yeah that’s great man. I’m getting back into the gym myself after my diet worked, I’m thinking about creating a new plan, not for strength as this one is, rather for body recomposition, but we’ll see what I come up with.

Well, it would be best if you got used to saying things that are out of your comfort zone. Few things to consider – the positive and stronger frame always wins – so, if you act like what you are saying is not a big deal, it won’t be a big deal. You can use what I call a ‘takeaway’ – changing topics quickly. So, you can ask her if she is single and then change topics quickly. This shows non-neediness, which creates attraction. If you react to her answer, it may seem too approval seeking and needy.

Do this – So ask “Do you have a boyfriend?” if she says yes or no, just have something immediately in queue to say, so that it seems like you are not dependent on the answer to your question. It will seem like it’s something that is totally normal to ask. This will make you seem to her like you are a very attractive guy who has women in his life because he knows how to talk to women. So again, “Do you have a boyfriend?” … “No” … “Ok, did you see what happened on the news? Oh my god, there’s a whole cruise liner that tipped on its side, really scary”.

Remember this might telegraph interest to her. But that’s okay. It will create curiosity about you on her part. Which in turn makes her more attracted to you. So, just act oblivious to it, like if showing interest to her is just something natural to you. It will make it easier for her to show interest back.

i am getting good gain on the 3 x 3 and 5 x 5, i basically found a chart the calculates your max one rep and its pretty accurate, but thanks for the info, this routin is way better then pyramids sets.
